  I came here yesterday (Sunday) as I had a flat tyre but couldn't identify the cause. The guys had a look and found a nail embedded in the tread. I had to wait 30 mins but they were able to fit me in to repair the puncture and they gave me some advice on tread depth and care of alloy wheels. The bit that surprised me the most was that they didn't even charge me for the puncture repair because 'I'd been polite and nice to them and they appreciated that'. If this was a way to get me to use them when I need new tyres in the coming months then it worked - I'd definitely go back in the future. It was great to experience such fantastic customer service - so rare these days.
